I don't know what all these others are gabbling about.
There is just a few important things:
"Jen is right"
"We all hate Jen"
"Mr Epeen is awesome"
"Troll bridge." is a titan jumping instead of bridging
Some useful terms:
"Focus fire"
"Stop shooting blues" (when they target those asking for repairs)
"Logi help!" (when blues are accidentally awoxing each other)
"You fraking spai!" (when someone accidentally warp disrupts the fleet commander or jams them so they can't broadcast targets)
"Tears" (when an FC stands down a fleet and hits the bottle for the night)
"Naive numpties" (the guys who do free services to help an alliance, are never thanked, constantly asked for more and get dragging into petty hierachy games)
"KM whores" (most of the fleet that are flying sebo interceptors to shoot as many targets as possible to get on many kill mails.)
"SeBo" (Sensor Booster, which helps people to lock a target faster so they can wh'ore on more kills)
"Clueless newbie" (those few that pop up in a major fleet and you have to train on the fly while rushing into and during a fight)
"Miners" (those things you see only for a second before they flee like cockroaches when you turn on the light)
"Tourists" (those guys that come in little gangs, pairs or solo that people can't be bothered fighting because they are more hassle than threat)

SOV is stagnant because Low Sec is not the next step from High Sec and a viable place to grow alliances to the point they can challenge Null alliances.
